Return and Exchange Policy

Once Maison Agodi products are purchased, production begins within 1-2 days. After production is complete, the purchased product(s) is shipped within 3-5 business days.

All sales are final due to the handcrafted, small-batch nature of our products. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet expectations, message us within 2 days and we'll make it right — we typically respond within 24–48 hours.
